Starting a new (treadmill Time)

Well i used to use my fitness pal last year and well i lost 40 lbs being my lightest at 146.0 lbs my goal was always to get to 129.0. Never made it winter hit and i couldnt ge tout for my walks being a mom of two small children and working full time i lost motivation. Hubby isnt a great help either. ( we all know what i am talkin about!) SO i started again in june being 161 lbs OUCH well its Aug 1st i am down 10 lbs and still have a ways to go 22 to go!! Here is to a new start n a brand new treadmill :)
i've been exercising every day burning from 400 to 800 cals a day. My treadmill is set at a 12% incline and i go 3.6 mph. Here is too a new start and anyone who wants to join me in my new goals is welcome!!!

    That's awesome news. I have been doing my fitness pal since March, but I have not lost weight at all.I started at 135 lbs, today I am still at 135. I l went down to 129lbs, but I have gained it all. I am walking 4 days a week about 30 mins. sometimes I run in place. I do watch for the most part what I eat. I do not know what else to do. I think I need to join you on the tread mill, however, I do ot own one. any advice.
