so i havent reached my goal weight yet, but its amazing what one month can do...actually less than that because i took the first picture on july 3rd...anyways maybe its just me but i think i can see the difference and i'm pysched!!...i'm not that far away from my goal weight either :bigsmile:

    No, but it honestly feels like it...i started the month at 134 and i'm now down to 126 so about 2lbs a week :bigsmile:
