Any pre-weigh in tips?

I am in a weight loss challenge with a group of women and will soon have our final weigh-in. Do you have any night before/ morning of the weigh-in tips to get the best possible number? I know I should limit sodium. What else can I do?

Drink lots of water and green tea to flush the remaining water/sodium out of your system.0

The day before you weigh in drink an extra 1-2 glasses of water, have your sodium intake be a little less than usual.. Just in case you had a sodium filled week. Also, eat less carbs. Wear the same clothes or light clothing each time you weigh in. Weigh around the same time, same day. Also, stop eating after 5-6 so your food will be fully digested by the next morning.
This is what I do and so far it hasn't failed (:0
