For those of you who want to try Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred, it's on sale at Walmart.com for $6. Plus, you can get free site to store shipping, so you pick it up at your nearest Walmart when it arrives.

I've never tried it, but I want to, so I ordered it.

Does anyone know if the 30 day Shred that is on "On Demand" with my cable provided for free is the same one as the DVD you buy in the store?
