What size for 175 lb woman?

Hi guys, just curious but could anyone give me a rough estimate of what size clothing a 5'4' 175 pound woman would wear. I tried to search online but all I can come up with is measurements and I don't have those, so any woman that's around this size your input is greatly appreciated :happy:

It will vary according to build/muscle mass.
I'm 5'4 1/2 and at 175 wore a 12/14 jeans and a lg. shirt. I don't wear my clothes tight, and I'm wider in the hips (pear, for sure).
