So I have lost 20lbs so far and I have a long way to go. I had a bad 2 weeks and that set me back a little but I am back and focused. Can you guys share some helpful tips on what you do when your in the mix of having a bad week? What motivates you besides the obvious wanting to loose weight? Do you ever feel like you will never get to that goal weight?
