Menu Planning - need fast, easy, kid friendly ideas

I'm trying to start planning menus in advance and I'm looking for ideas that are quick and healthy (minimally processed and nutritious) and that kids will actually eat. It's usually just me and the kids that I cook for. I don't have much time for food prep and clean up on week nights. I could do some prepping on the weekends if I planned ahead. I am not a person who likes to cook - I'm not good at it and don't enjoy it. So simple, fast and easy is important. It doesn't need to be fancy - I don't care if it's just cottage cheese and fruit as long at it has all the nutrients that they need.

I'm hoping that a menu will save me money and time. I just need some ideas to get started. Thanks in advance!

My kids love chicken nuggets - I cut up chicken breast and use a whole wheat breadcrumb coating, then freeze them until we need them. Then its easy to pull them out and cook them up. They also love chicken legs of any kind, (teriyaki, bbq or "oven fried")

BBQ chicken in the slower cooker, stir frys are quick and easy, grilled chicken, breakfast for dinner is always fun. Eggs, toast and fruit, or pancakes and fruit. Whole chicken in the slow cooker, grilled chicken salad, kabobs are always fun. Meat, veggies or fruit.
Cheese, sausage/salami and crackers is another favorite for my kids. Spaghetti/macaroni and cheese.....

    HTH a little bit!

Recently i had seen a video where they made pizza using flat bread. They baked them. My grandma also did this thing where she took like a piece of pita bread and put sauce, cheese and pepperoni on it, baked it and made like a mini pizza. They are things like turkey peporoni and reduced fat cheese that could make that even healthier. You could also personalize it.That is probably better then all the grease and fat from take out pizza. For dessert I think fruit salads are always yummy. Chocolate covered strawberries as well.
