is it normal to gain weight/ weigh more when its that time of the month?

Yes. For me it's usually a pound or two.0

very much so due to water retention...happens every month for me, but it helps if I keep working out and drinking lots of water0

Probably 2-3lbs for that whole 5 days. I try not to get on the scale and make sure to make every workout count. It helps my cramps/mood too! Drink a ton of water and avoid alcohol during that time too, I feel like I dehydrate faster or something.0

I recently figured this out thanks to the ladies here on MFP. Yes you can gain but the pounds vanish after its over0
