Most people on here are regular people and not experts in the field of fitness. If you ask someone for advice and it does not work for you, it's really not anyone's fault. 1.) the person might not know any more than you do on the topic. 2.) You have the final decision whether to take somebody's inexperienced advice. 3.) If you want some kind of gaurantee, you may want to hire a professional trainer from a establishment you can hold accountable if things don't work for you.
