OK, this sounds weird. But I make them all the time. I get a package or two of instant oatmeal, usually with raisons. I add some diet cola to make it into like a mushy paste. Then I bake them at 400 for about 15 minutes. Then turn and bake a bit more. I like them a little overdone myself. But, I make these for my breakfast and eat them with my coffee. I love them0

Check out your normal cookie recipes too-they might surprise you. According to the MFP database nestle tollhouse cookies from scratch are slightly fewer calories than skinnytaste chocolate chip cookies.
ETA ---I just double checked that, and the MFP entry I was referencing is wrong. It said 70 calories per cookie, nestle toll house website says 110. Either the original from scratch recipe had a different serving amount, or the recipe was altered. Sorry, my bad. The toll house cookie recipe is still awesome and worth the calories to me0
