I'm going to a restaurant with a guy i've been seeing

that he heard about on man vs food.
I am very nervous and I looked online to see healthy options and they have a Cesar salad with tilapia you can get charbroiled or blackened and a veggie burger but I'm not sure about the burger because it might have breading or something. Which is healthiest charbroiled or blackened? I hope this isn't a dumb question I just really don't know.

Charbroiled. Blackened is done with butter in a skillet. The butter makes the spices stick. Lots of salt in the spice, too.

Most veggie burgers are pretty healthy. . . .they usually prepare them with not a lot of oils.
