Hi fellow MFP friends!
I'm researching some of the best upper body workouts and wanted to know if you knew of any. I'm trying to stay motivated by trying new things every week so that I don't get bored and stay motivated/focused on losing these 100+lbs that I'm determined to lose. I have a, what I think, is a very wide figure. I'm pretty comfortable with what I'm currently doing for my lower body and feel that it is doing what I want it to do but I've yet to master the upper body best workouts. Your opinion is very much appreciated so thank you so much in advance!
