I recently went from having a regular workout routine (at least an hour a day) and the ability to eat healthy to having 4 jobs and taking grad courses and living on my own. I hate not having time to work out and I'm terrified that I'm going to gain weight because I have NO time to work out and I can't afford to eat fresh produce or fresh lean meats. Even frozen fruit is expensive! What do I do? Anyone else in the same boat?
