Did you stay within you nutritional goals?
Much to my surprise... Yes I did. Even with going out to dinner!!!
Did I reach yesterday's personal goal?
Yes
What did I do yesterday that I am proud of?
1. 199lbs - Yippee... first time in 10+ years!!!!
2. 50 minutes on Elliptical - 30 min Nautilus
What would I have done differently? Nothing... I am glad that I could go out for dinner and still manage my calorie limit.
What is today's personal goals?
Stay within my calories and go for a walk. Rest... I've worked out 6 days this week.

No ... had a horrible eating night last night. Went to the inlaws for dinner and they served everything deep fried you could imagine for appetizers, and I was very hungry - having expected just dinner on time so ate too many appetizers, then ALSO ate dinner when they finally served it. Yikes! and NO exercise yesterday.
It was especially disappointing because I tried so hard to do well Friday and Saturday morning when I went out of town with my hubby, and we went out to eat for 3 meals...just to ruin it at dinner last night at the inlaws. Bummer.

I did track everything I ate ... even though it was hard to remember everything because I ate so poorly.
What would I have done differently? skipped appetizers at the inlaws ... or just limited it to trying 1
