Saying hello from Scotland

Just thought I would stop in and say hello, been using this website for a few months now and it's really helped me count my calories. I'm kind of doing the exact opposite from many users here, I'm actually trying to slowly gain weight and muscle mass.
So a little about me I guess . . . I'm a 19 year old business student from Scotland. As of October 2011, I decided enough was enough ad it was time to stop being unhealthy and gain some healthy size. Doctors had always told me I was underweight for my height and I was just not in a good way. Before I started working out and eating right I was a very unhealthy, skinny guy who sat around and done nothing all day (at around 6'3 - 140lbs). Now I'm 6'3 at 175lbs and looking much healthier with no plans on stopping soon. I'm really loving this new look on life and want to get the most from it.
Thanks for reading, know this is a little different from most peoples goals but just thought I'd introduce myself and wish everyone luck with their own goals.

Good luck with your goals. I haven't seen a lot of people in your situation so I hope you can find some support and hope you do really well on your way to becoming a beefcake :bigsmile:0
