Let me preface this question by just telling you all how many darn food allergies I have! I hate eating the same thing everyday so looking for a variety of suggestions.

Here are my allergies:

Eggs
Gluten (flour, etc.)
Almonds
Salmon
Tuna
Crab
Apples
Bananas
All tree nuts

I can have dairy but NOT in large quantities.

My typical breakfast is 2 slices gluten free bread with butter or yogurt with gluten free oats mixed in, chicken salad (canned organic chicken with light mayo on romaine lettuce leaves).

Any good ideas?

Thanks in advance!

I have natural Greek yogurt with honey. I used to have a boiled egg and a cup of veges.

I have natural Greek yogurt with honey. I used to have a boiled egg and a cup of veges, you could change the egg for another form of protein.

how about some quinoa cooked in milk or soy milk. You can vary the flavors like oatmeal with different fruit and spices.
Or some rice-pudding. Gluten-free cereal (chex has several flavors) with milk or yogurt.

Sour cream and/or cottage cheese with berries.
Gluten-free bread with guacamole or other avocado product
Gluten-free toast with peanut butter (not a tree nut, right?)
Gluten-free toast with cottage cheese. And with cold cuts, if you're into that sort of thing.

Oh, and I can't believe I forgot! Either plain kasha or kasha with milk as a porridge. My understanding is that buckwheat is gluten-free, so you should be able to have it. You don't have to cook it with egg, although that's traditional, and it has a ton of protein and relatively few calories.
