which is better to do , to get the best results

1 hour cardio and then weights

or

30 mins cardio in the moring and 30 mins caridio then weights

    Do weight for an hour 3 days/ week. Do cardio for 30-60 mins 2-3 days a week. Rest 1-2 days/week.

    That is my preferred config.
