How to log shred?

is it 15mins cardio + 15 minutes weights? How do you log this exercise?

  • Circuit training general for 25 minutes. Because it isnt really 20 minutes.. o.O

    I set a stop watch when I begin and check the time at the end. It is about 25-28 minutes and I log it as "Circuit Training."

    I log mixed stuff like that as "calisthenics, vigorous effort" -- which measures exactly the same as "circuit training". Whichever you like better.

    I use circuit training as well.

    A bunch of my friends are doing the 30DS and they log theirs as 25 minutes of circuit training.
    Or, if you have a HRM you could make your own "Shred" saved exercise and manually input your calories to log.
