Has anyone else done a work out video (I am doing Jillian michaels 6 week 6 pack) and all of the sudden your weight goes up? Nothing has changed in my diet and I am very active. I have done this video the last three nights on the second level and my weight is up three pounds. I weigh every day just to learn my own fluctuations and this is way out of my norm. Any ideas? Thank you!

Sometimes a new exercise routine can do that. Just so many factors including water retention, etc. It's only been three days.. so theres no way you even put on a pound if your diet hasn't changed. Give it time. Weighing in everyday might not be a good idea as it can sometimes drive you crazy when you see stuff like that.0

Yes. It's most likely water. It could take a week or two to flush. Really depends on diet and water intake.0

Maybe some muscle too but probably water0
