Motivation and advice!

Hey I'm still new to my fitness pal. Ive suffered with an Ed for a few years and decided to use this to make sure I eat and eat well. So any motivation would help.

Also I was curious if anyone had any advice on how to tone my stomach and thighs. And ones that do not include lunges seeing as I have knee problems haha.
