Older sister that hates being the BIG sister.

I come from large family of 7 kids, 5 boys and 2 girls in that order. Following five brothers I am more of a tomboy where my sister is feminine and cute. Don’t get me wrong, my sister and I are very close and I love her, but she has never been heavy and can’t relate to me when I talk about being overweight. She is always kind and tells me I am not that big. My favorite story she likes to tell me is that she once went to Weight Watchers to loose some ponds when she got to a size 10 in collage. (She is a size 8 right now, UG!). So here I am in my mid 40’s hitting that brick wall. All my friends are going for the stomach surgeries to get the ponds off. I don’t think I want that. Fab diets and starvation does not work I know that. So I started rethinking my eating habits and going to the Gym 3 to 4 times a week. My goal right now is 80lbs. So if there is any other mid 40 something’s that needs a friend to cheer them on and can relate in kind let me know.
