Hi, my name is Mary. I am a single mom to three girls, 7, 5 and 2. I am 26 and weigh about 165. Ive gained about 35 pounds since last summer so that is what I am trying to lose. My biggest problem is sodas. Ive almost given those up completely and am trying to find some good low calorie snack foods. Ive also started walking/running everyday. I have lost 5 pounds the past month. Would love some friends for support and motivation.
