I have the generic snack-size ziploc plastic baggies and I'm curious as to how many ounces they hold.
Sorry if this is a horribly random question.. I'll be starting a 2-week CNA course (10 hours a day for 2 weeks straight), only allowing for a couple 15-minute breaks throughout the days, and I need to pack some snacks/quick meals. Thanks for your help!

I know that for me they hold about a serving of most cereals- so anywhere from 2/3cup and up....
But.... I was bored....so I decided to be a bit more scientific...
I filled one with water and it held 1 1/3 cups just barely while still closing....rounding down to the nearest whole ounce you get 10oz from that... but, dried foods, I'd just stick with the 8oz/1 cup.0 -
it should say on the box0

Thanks so much! (I didn't even think about using them for cereal.. That's a wonderful idea.)
The silly package didn't say how many ounces, exact.. That's what I get for shopping at the dollar store. Ha.0 -
