Gym today?

I was doing a 30 day challenge of 90+ minutes work-outs a day that finished on Wednesday.

I missed the gym on Thursday, went on Friday, then had the weekend off. I am still sore and finding it hard to motivate myself to go to the gym today! (Monday arvo/evening)

I'll stuck at home after a repair operation on Thursday, no proper workouts for a fortnight thereafter.

(No big deal, but on some level I think I should be working out as much as possible now so I'm as fit as possible whilst recuperating. Or is it better that my body isn't stressed out?)

So what do I do MFP? Go to the gym when I'm not really feeling it? Have another night off? Go for a quick power walk to get the best of both worlds? I have eaten under my calories and don't need to exercise to have a good dinner.
