swimming is fun, and it is one of the EASIEST ways to burn calories... 1400 for a couple hours of kickin around in the water at a slow pace...

also for those of you who cant quite kick the habbit of eating late, there is a pill called "ali", you might not of heard of, it pretty much keeps the fat from staying in your body... its one of very few FDA approved weight loss pills. Its expensive but rightfully so, it works, well and fast and its safe. the only side effect is that if you eat really fatty foods you might have poopy issues...

    1. Move more. Plain and simple.
    2. Know that what you're eating is healthy, essential and necessary or don't eat it.
