Rock Lee Workout

ROCK LEE WORKOUT: Motto - If I can't do this, I must do this!!!

Failure adds up!

1st round:
EX 1 - 30 second - 5 pull ups (assisted if necessary) 10 second rest
EX 2 - 30 second - 10 burpee (push ups if you can) 10 second rest
EX 3 - 30 second - 20 squats (jump squats for more difficulty) 10 second rest
*Failure Exercise - 60 seconds x each goal not reached
Rest 60 seconds

2nd round:
EX 1 - 45 second - 10 pull ups - 15 second rest
EX 2 - 45 second - 15 burpee - 15 second rest
EX 3 - 45 second - 25 squats - 15 second rest
*Failure Exercise 60 seconds x each goal not reached
Rest 90 seconds

3rd round:
EX 1 - 60 second - 15 pull ups - 20 second rest
EX 2 - 60 second - 20 burpee - 20 second rest
EX 3 - 60 second - 30 squats - 20 second rest
*Failure Exercise - 60 seconds x each goal not reached

*Choose exercise: Jump rope, Jumping Jacks, Mountain Climbers....

    A little exercise I decided to do tonight after talking about anime and watching some. I didn't think it would be as intense as it was....but it was a pretty good workout. i couldn't do all my burpees and pull ups, so jump rope was done for a bit.

    Love the reference to Rock Lee... I clicked to make sure I was thinking the same thing! :laugh: The workout looks intimidating!

    I had to show a little respect towards Lee. I see a lot of workouts working down from a higher number, so I figured I would go Lee style and have it going up each time. Otherwise I would feel it wouldn't be anything like Lee.
