    Good for you! And yes I'm inspired, just started 7 weeks ago and have lost 12 lbs to date, feel great, and have learned all about calories in, calories out. How I can eat more bulk if I change what I am eating and not go hungry and if I have a party to go to, I go for a two hour hike first.
