Switching it up

I need to switch up my exercises. I am having some trouble thinking of new things. .here is what I can think of


Weight training (different ways..etc)

Videos

Cardio Machines

Interval Classes.

Yoga/pilaties

Cardio Classes (example step)

Running

    Go to your local state park and find the hiking trails and then go explore! You may find a 2 or 3 mile loop through nature that you love. Then after getting to know the ups and down of the trail, get yourself some trail running shoes and RUN!

    It's a blast!
