Tracking strength workouts

So I have a hrm and a bodymedia fit...I have heard that neither are accurate for strenght training? Which do you use?
I'm more inclined to use the hrm, since I feel like the bmf doesn't pick up on all the movements. Also, I'm just using Chalene Xtreme, so it's not a lot of standing still between reps or anything. I have been going off the bmf because I don't want to over-estimate either.. (there is about a 150-200cal discrepency between the 2)
Just looking for some opinions

I'm not sure about BMF but HRM's are not accurate for strength training...only for steady state cardio.
Reason being there is too many variables with weight lifting(Over head work which makes the heart rate shoot up, resting between sets/reps are some) and it's too hard for the HRM to predict them all.
Your prob. better off using an estimate that MFP gives you as they tend to be pretty conservative, and weight lifting doesn't really burn much anyway(only about 100-200 calories per hour I believe).0
