Hello! I am heading to Body Pump today and would like to add it to my exercise log. I don't see it coming up when I do a search. Has anyone had this issue and is it called something else?
Or what is the best way to figure out who many reps, etc I do? It is a 45 minute class, not the hour long.
Help!!
Thanks!

Body pump is a good class. I would probably just call it circuits and go with time. I do crossfit and some other non-standard stuff, so I need to be a little creative with my exercise app. a HR monitor is probably the most accurate way to go if you have access .0

Log it as circuit training but be aware you take a lot of breaks during the 45 minute class and it doesn't maintain the high intensity all class long. Whatever # the site tells you for doing 45 minutes of circuit training you can pretty much assume you're doing only about 2/3 of.0

I take an hour long Body Pump class that I log as 45 minutes of circuit training.0
