Lost in a sea of Google searches... help!

I've been doing C25K and just finished my 1st week on Saturday. Woot! While running I had to run a short part in a grassy area, I did not see a dip in the ground. I stepped into it and almost rolled my ankle but I caught myself and kept running. My ankle felt a little different while running but I thought nothing of it. My ankle wasn't screaming at me in pain or anything. When I was done running I did a lot of things around the house and even the next day went to the zoo and rode bikes. It wasn't until I sat down and relaxed that night that my ankle started to throb.
The pain is up the right side of my heel on my right foot. I don't know if I sprained it or just twisted it or I'm making this all up in my head. lol. I have a neoprene ankle brace on for support (when I don't have it on my ankle feels weak and unstable). I have Kickboxing class tonight but I'm thinking I probably shouldn't go...

What do you think I did to my ankle/heel? I'm lost in a sea of google searches. lol

Im not sure and I would just suggest to see a doctor. It would be your best bet. Don't Google something like that.
