I have just started MFP as of Saturday. I have not liked the way I have looked or felt for the past little while. Now that it is summer and my daughter is asking me to play hopscotch with her gave me the motivation.

    I just sent you a friend request; I'm a SAHM of 3 myself, 5-yo b/g twins and a 2-yo boy. It's a crazy life, and I love it! Except for the fact that I'm starting to get that "frumpy mom" look, and am trying to trim up. Good luck with your goals, what kind of exercise do you do? I started jogging a few months ago, and do the elliptical trainer or ride my bike when I don't feel like running. I'm new to this site too, but love it so far. I haven't seen any weight loss from my jogging, so maybe now that I'm actually tracking my food and see how much I really do eat it will help. We'll see if the 1200 calorie a day plan works, it just doesn't seem like that much, but so far it's been ok. Good luck with everything, hope to hear from you soon! I love making new friends! :happy:
