Any food which helps speed up weight loss??

Hi i am new here but not new to dieting gosh its been a long time yo-yo dieting. I was wondering if there are any foods which help speed up weight loss and have hardly any calories so you can can snack on throughout the day. I love walking now and dancing makes me feel so much fitter but im just stuck on what to eat. Dont get me wrong i have lost 2 and a half stone but i want something different to eat now not the same old food routine i like a bit of change from time to time.Please give me some suggestions for low calorie meals which actually taste good. Whoever can help please do it would be great. Thanks in advance.

    Well, I've heard egg plant is awesome. Apparently it is a calorie burning food and so is celery. But, yes, even I would like to know if there are any metabolism boosting foods..

    The only kind of foods to speed up weight loss are the kinds that fit into your calorie goal. It's really that simple. Eat what you like, as long as you are under your goal (and for info on how to set up your goals correctly, read topics on BMR, TDEE - look for the topic "In Place of a Roadmap").
    You can't think of this as a diet. You have to make a lifestyle change. That's the only way this will work permanently.

    If you want to change your intake, just look for foods with nutritional benefits.....fruits, veggies, lean protein, complex carbs, etc.

    Ohh yeah pickles nice one and i like them.
    I dont understand the whole tedee and bmr thing it says just on my bmr alone i should eat 1,859 that is too much i eat 1500 maybe 1800 on a bad day i think im going to stick to my 1500 but yeah i have made a lifestyle change it doesnt feel like a diet to me anymore.
    I walk at least 1 hour everyday maybe even more i started zumba twice a week and gym 3 times a week alone with my boyfriend hes a gym freak so that helps as hes joining my gym this week. Lets hope he dont break the promise dont think he will though. I love feeling fitter i guess the first part of my journey has shown how i want to carry on and feel better by the time im down to what i want to be. Thanks lora

    I hate celery though eurghh but i dont mind it in a soup haha.

    Watermelon. Virtually calorie free, loaded with water, and keeps you full. Plus it's delicious.

    Hey, you should eat different varieties of fruits and vegetables. Apples, oranges, berries, avocados, celery, mangos, peaches, watermelon, etc all works.

    Weight loss can be done by controlling the calories and eating healthy. Additional to that you also need to exercise regularly to lose weight. I would suggested you to go easy on losing weight because if you lose weight quickly, it is tend to come back. I would recommend you to prefer a weight loss coaching program for losing weight healthily.

    Sadly there is no magic food that will speed up weight loss in any significant way.
    The only thing you can do is eat more fruits and veggies, which will fill you up and thus help you to stick to your calorie goals.

    There is one thing that works,but you can not mix it with your cornflakes.
    It works by making certain parts of your body hot and bothered
    Most people use it orally.
    Any gender can take it, if they dare.
    It can be enjoyed on your own or with a group

Other than that, pickles as mentioned above are low calorie but they certainly won't make you lose weight any quicker than any other food. 5 calories for the pickle is the same 5 calories from celery.

    Bottom line: Eat in a calorie deficit, exercise, and read the stickies at the top of the different MFP forums for information (especially the "Newbies read this" type threads. Lots of good info there.
