I have Jillian Michaels "Killer Buns & Thighs", "30 day shred (youtube, not dvd, so only level one is an option), Jillian michaels "fat blast matablasm (or something like that, again, on youtube so only level one...if i can find it again.) and X-Factor:ST " (complete 12 DVDS for 8 weeks. It's 8-week training program with 4 bonus workout dvds). I can't find any info online about how many Calories this burns...or any info in general. I think it's suppose to be a less intese and cheaper version of p90x, but I really don't have a clue.

How would you incorporate these workout? I plan to workout daily for an hour breaking up 30mins...er..videos. video in the mornng or afternoon and the other at night, but I'm not sure which to choose from and what days to do them.

How do I add it on MFP? i can't scan the workout product nor does it have it listed when I try to add it. so what should I do?

I really don't know how many calorie each DVD burns..

Lastly, while im on the Subject, is there a difference in the 30 day shred, ripped in 30, and the fat blast matablism by Jillian Michaels? I don't want to waste money on a product if it' not needed. do you think they are all worth purchasing and the 6 weeks abs?....which that one I will hold off on till I've done everything else..if needed.

I'm135 goal is 120. like to lose 15lbs

Just pick one, and do it as per the workout program. Too many choices and you will frusterate yourself and that doesnt help. Do the killer thighs for 4 weeks and then move on to the next. I think The videos are worth the 10 bucks (jillian Michaels) but I am also a little obssessed with buying workout videos. I started Ripped in 30 today Liked it, 30 Day shred I did a few months ago it was ok but very hard on my knees.

Thanks. How should I record the workout DVDS I do? I mean it has strength training and cardio so what do i list it as "aerobics general?" and where? the cardiovasular or strengh section.....or does it not matter?

I do 30 day shred and log it as circuit training as many others do! The only 'true' measure of how many calories you are really burning is to buy a heart rate monitor (I need to buy one as well  ).

I'm not sure on this answer exactly because I have an HRM and go based off of what my personal burn is and log that. However, I believe most people log Jillian's stuff as circuit training because Ripped in 30 and 30DS are circuit workouts (not pure cardio).
