Hi,

My name is Chris and i'm new to the website and hoping I can use this to keep a long term goal instead of my normal yoyo dieting. I live in Arkansas and work as a police officer. I love to hang with friends, watch movies, play video games, swim, hike, canoe, and really all the normal stuff people around here like to do lol. Any friend requests would be appreciative because i'm sure if I have people to hold me accountable it will make this process a lot easier to handle and more enjoyable.

    Hi Chris- just saw your post on mfp. I don't know what part of arkansas you're in but I'm up on the hill. We have a group (recently started) NWA & are putting together some weekend walks & hikes. Feel free to check us out & join the group. Everyone is very supportive.
