Getting BACK on track

Last summer, I was an excellent dieter. I lost about 40 lbs over 7 months and was finally feeling great. Then I slowly started to slack. I've now put about 20 lbs back on and I'm finding it difficult to really stay on track, even with my old very healthy habits. My stress level has increased significantly since then (single mom, he is 2.5...full time student with a part time job...very different than a few online classes and a 1.5 year old I had last year)

So! I am looking to build my MFP community and finally reach my goal of making a great lifestyle change to keep the weight off for good and be healthy and active.

Goals:
Lose 50 lbs
Run a 5K in ~27 minutes
