    - I am confident in a bikini (thighs most importantly)
    - My shoulder doesn't hurt anymore (weak cartilage causes me joint pain and my physical therapist says that if the muscles surrounding my joints become strong enough then I won't have pain anymore)
    - I have a flat stomach with ab muscles beginning to show

    I know this fits in with smaller clothes, but .. not having to shop at 4 stores to find my right size. ;___;
    Not looking at myself in the mirror and feeling like the ugliest person alive..
    And when I'm not out of breathe after walking up the stairs.

    I learned long ago that solving problems didn't make me happier. Happiness is a way to interpret reality. Instead of thinking I'll be happy when I achieve my goal, I believe I'm happy now because I'm losing weight and getting healthy. My view comes from a Buddahist quote I heard many years ago. “There is no way to happiness. Happiness is the way.”

    When I can do a handstand. When I can do a split. When the chains that hold the swing I go onto sometimes won't make it uncomfortable for me to sit on it (they're fretting my thighs atm T_T). When I can go to my bathroom, stand naked in front of a mirror and say "you did it girl!"
