Mine for today (not work related - I work from home, so that's another list)

    Pay bills
    Fix cable box
    Make the beds
Do laundry on a washer that's messed up so I have to move the clothes around by hand.
Hang said laundry on lines since the dryer's broken
Fold the previous load of laundry
Iron my husband's suit and some shirts for tomorrow
    Cook dinner
    Clean bathrooms
    Take garbage to the dumpster
    Do the dishes
Homework time with my daughter, who just told me she needs a "flag by Betsy Ross" for her presentation....TOMORROW. So now I'm sewing an American flag BY HAND, since I don't have a machine.
Finish hemming said Betsy Ross costume.
    Bathe toddler
    Clean up toddler's toys

And somewhere in there, like I said, get my work done for my office. Him? He's playing golf right now. :grumble:

We don't make lists or assign chores. We do what needs doing and try to be considerate of one another. A lot of the time we do chores like cleaning up the kitchen, cooking, and laundry together. (Also we have a cleaning lady who comes twice a month and makes things much easier.)

well, i have a disabled hubby, an alien girl (what i call my teen), my 6 year old, and watch twin 4 year olds.

if i dont do it - i delegate to the alien. who... may or may not do it to my standard.

basically, any and everything around here i do.

before hubbys stroke, we did not have 'lists' we each would do things as they needed to be done. we are adults, not kids who need a 'chore list'

i really miss him doing the cooking and kitchen cleaning though :/

I would be doing everything given the option, but my honey refuses to "play that way". He insists on at least mowing and trimming the lawn. Before I got laid off we would both do what ever needed done, it didn't matter who did it. Since he is currently the only income, the least I can do is make sure the house is clean, he has clean clothes and has good food on the table (and in his lunch).

    Honey do this
    Honey do that
Its a list a wife would leave for the hubby to get done. Thats why is called the "Honey do" list.

I handle inside (minus construction or plumbing issues) and he handles outside (lawn, yard, car repairs, etc...)

I have 4 kids and most definitely got the short end of THAT stick. My head spins by all the stupid crap I have to remember every day. Who needs a bag lunch? Who has a field trip? Class end of the year gift? Dance class? Soccer? UGH!!!
