Did you stay within you nutritional goals?
Not sure... I didn't keep track. I don't think I overdid it...

Did I reach yesterday's personal goal?
I was going to take a rest but I ended up going for a 70min walk

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of?
Went for a walk

What would I have done differently? Track my calories

What is today's personal goals?
Stay within my calories, drink water, exercise

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of?
    Did Couch to 5K Week 5 Day 3...RAN 20 MINUTES STRAIGHT!!! This is such an accomplishment for me! Just a couple of months ago, I struggled to jog a 90 seconds. I am doing a 4 mile run/walk in September. My goal is to run the whole thing.

    What would I have done differently? Track my calories

    Stay within my calories, drink water, exercise

    GoldK-Thanks for getting us started this morning. I have really been slacking on the weekends (and I guess Monday morning).

    Kinda - in general made good choices. Did not track and did have some cake and wine, but I treaded water for 2 hours! I went to visit my sister so temptations were everywhere.

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal?
    I did workout a little both days of the weekend

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of?
    Did not get crappy food at fast food resturant.

    What would I have done differently?
    Only have 1 glass of wine

    What are today's personal goals?
    Get right back on the system now that I can track again.

    yes - but only because I exercised so much

    yes

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of?
    worked out at the Y for 90 minutes ... felt good

    What would I have done differently? not made french fries for dinner ... still craving grease I guess - but I don't feel very good today

    Stay within my calories, drink water, exercise for at least 30 minutes tonight

    No problem... it's a team effort :smile:

    That is great that you ran for 20 minutes straight. I can swim a mile but I can't run for one minute... asthma, weight, big chest... LOL Good luck training for the 4 mile run. :flowerforyou:

    I know what your saying about a big chest...I wear a 36G! Last week I tried to wear 2 sports bras to lessen the bounce, but I couldn't breath, lol.
