Hi everyone-
Does anyone have any diet suggestions that help you lose quick and are inexpensive??

    I don't really have any suggestions that will necessarily make you lose weight quickly, however there are a few things I've changed that I've found really aided my weight loss. I switched my 2% milk for low calorie soy milk, i don't eat anything unless I log it and I really pay attention to my daily goals that MFP recommended for me (ie sodium, cholesterol etc). There really isnt a magic food that will do the trick for you, just little things that help along the way.

    Eat lots of fruit, veggies, and do exercise! IT'S THE NEWEST DIET OUT THERE AND IT REALLY WORKS!

    Don't eat fruit after noon.....It has the carbs...

    There isn't a pill, potion or lotion that will help you lose weight AND keep it off. It is a lifestyle journey, start making the right changes and you will lose it, be healthier and your body will thank you for it.

    Not eating candy and snacks.
    And doing exercise

    Eat ENOUGH
    Do Cardio
    Do Strength training
    De flexibility/ability training
    Sleep enough
    Drink Water
