Looking to stop quitting.

So last time I used my fitness pal, a year or two back, it was to get ready for a vacation to Antigua. My goal was to get to 205lbs (roughly 25lbs in 3.5 months). When I stepped on the scale before the flight I was 206.3, shy of my goal but very close. I spent the two years after returning from that trip slowly putting all of the weight back on.

I started to get active again about a month and a half ago and am now down 11 lbs from where I got up to. I have changed my goal to 195 and am hoping this time to make the goal, and then maintain the weight. The difference this time is that I am not doing it for a specific reason, other than to be healthier. I suppose I am just looking for some reinforcement so that I don't quit when I get 'close enough; to my goal weight.

  • I know that it is really hard to keep going when you reach your goal weight. But this time I'm going to try and not have the same problem by setting goals still after I reach my goal weight and hopefully that works :)
