anyone have some basic ideas to do strength training at home

    Push ups, tricep dips, lunges, squats, inverted body row, pull ups. Google body weight exercises and you'll get some good ideas. Add some dumbbells or bar and get more options.
  • Pushups, tricep dips on a stair, planks, side planks, squats, lunges. Look it up on youtube and find some great ideas and tips especially on proper form.
