Hi folks,
New to the forums but, have been using the app for over week now. Its a great program! So far cut my calories by 1000 and succeeded this week. I am currently training for a 150 mile bike ride in April of 2013 and need to get back in shape. Being a busy dad has put a few on me over the years. My goal is 2 lbs a week.
