Well I don't see a thingy for this exercise program, sooo.. I just started day 1 and i put it down as jogging at six mph for the fit test. I'm trying to put things down that's equal to the amount of calories i burn. I must say i am very intimated about day two tomorrow. I watched day two today, after i got finished with the fit test and Oh My Gods, i hope i can do this. I always thought i was pretty physically fit, but just the fit test was exhausting! Oh well i guess, gonna push through it!!!
