Im a bouncer and i LOVE it!!

So normally I dont like coming to work on Monday especially after a fabulous weekend HOWEVER i soooo miss my bouncing ball on the weekends. When I started my weight loss journey I knew I needed some sort of excerise. I dont have a lot of time for the gym-I get there when I can. SOOO I thought I would buy an excerise ball and put my desk chair to the side. It is truly the best thing I have done for myself. I have a firmer smaller bottom and I actually can feel my thighs and hamstrings!! It has also helped my mid section as I will cirlce the ball using my core throughout the day. I get exercise and motion all day long in a fun way!! I really enjoy coming to work solely becuae I get to bounce! At first I couldnt bounce and read or even type but day after day I got better. Now I do it all while bouncing...LOL bouncing now squeezing those cheecks and legs muscles! I have recently brought in some weights as well so when I have a few minutes here and there I can work my arms!
