i am looking for a website to help me figure out how much calories my home made chicken stirfry will have in it. anyone know of a website that could break it down for me? or know of a good way to do it? thank you

    The recipe function on My Fitness Pal will allow you to find out exactly whats in your homemade anything.

    You can enter all of your ingredients and how many servings there are in the MFP recipe section, it'll calculate for you. Plus, by doing it on here, you can add it directly to your food diary!

    What I usually do, I create my own recipe . Put exactly ingredients I used. Once cooked, I adjust quantity of.portions
    In this case, I always know my calories and nutrition intake .
