Cardio or lifting

I am curious to know what is more important to do, Cardio or lifting weights. I prefer to perform cardio. I have lost 50 pounds and now am performing maintenance to retain my current weight.

    Whatever you're trying to do is most important. Losing weight, cardio. Sculpting a better physique and lose weight, weightlifting.
