    Well I COMPLETELY forgot to weigh in last week so it's only a guess how much I lost.

    Alright June Starters, I am changing my weigh in day. I already weighed in this week on Monday. Here is my reasoning. I also am doing the Looking good for Christmas challenge who's weigh in is Wednesday. My weigh in day is different so last week I just reported Mondays number, but I think I will just do Wednesdays for both.

    I was 176 Monday, and knew that was water retention...

    174 today (still up a little from Friday weight, but closer to accurate I believe)

    Congrats to those who lost or held steady. Keep it up to anyone who gained, your time will come if you just stick to it. Go June Starters!!

    I'm up to 213 again, I had my birthday party this weekend.... Seems I can't have one bad day without gaining at lest 3 or 4 pounds:sad:

    Getting closer. I realised one of the dinners i have like 3 times a week was way off in the database so I wasn't eating enough calories. Back on track and staying there this time!

    Not feeling very "thin" today and I worked super hard, even up my walking to over 5 miles a night. I know the weight loss will show up another week but it's still hard not to be disppointed this week :mad:

    Hola mis amigas! Every time I get on the scale I am amazed. I keep wondering how I am losing because of all the bad foods I am eating. Maybe my scale is wrong, it has been pretty unreliable lately. Not going over on cals, but my body feels gross from all the pizza and cheeseburgers. I'm moving back to grad school this weekend so it will be easier to eat cleaner. I feel all jiggly even though I am losing. Hope to get rid of that feeling soon! :ohwell:

    I have to get the number in after the decimal also! Even if the only difference in your weight is behind your decimal it makes me feel better than going back up that is for sure.

    Good morning all. So I went for a nice hike down the Niagara Gorge last night. It was so beautiful ... what a difference when there's no humidity. Breathing was so easy, I felt free. I hope you all and have a great day and an even better rest of the week.

    Sorry I haven't checked in earlier. We were on vacation last week and this week I have been working my butt off trying to get off the lbs that I put on during vaca! Not a great week for me but I have a renewed resolve and some new goals that I am going to try and meet.

    I hope to have a better weigh in next week. I have been very careful measuring and weighing all of my food and recording too! My friend and I are going to start training for a 1/2 marathon in October so that will keep me going with my exercise!
