Lower my cals?

I've kept my calories at 1375 and lost 2lbs the first week and probably one pound this week (I think I might be slowing down). However, i always have a bunch of cals left over at night and end up eating really unhealthily. Do you think I should drop down to 1275 or stick with 1375 for another week or two? I want to loose fast, but I don't want to starve then binge.

    I would leave them where they are, but maybe try drinking water or grabbing veggies when those night time cravings come...

    Well what I mean is that I will have like 600 left at 9pm so instead of eating vegetables I'll go and eat 600 cal of "bad" food. So I was just thinking, what if I cut down the cals? Then maybe I'd eat better AND loose weight faster.

    By looking at your diary you had a juice for a snack which was 250 cals but then skipped lunch and a ice cream klondike bar for dinner. Not sure if theres more to that , that you didn't post on your diary but you need to eat wayyy more for breakfast, lunch and dinner and if you did you wouldn't be left with 600 cals and having to eat junk food to get 600 cals fast. IMHO

    I recommend eating more througout the day and choose healthier food. Reducing your calories may have the opposite result you want by stalling your weight loss.
