I ordered the ultimate reset today - 2 day shipping... I can't wait to start it.

    I know about a dozen people that have tried it. They're still as fat as ever. The only thing that got thinner was their wallets. Of course eating a strict hand-selected diet will help you lose weight. They lost some weight for a couple weeks but as soon as they went back to fast food and quit eating the pre selected meals they gained it all back.

    It's a total gimmick. Just eat at a calorie deficit.
